Machining that Makes a Difference

Precision QA Equipment for In-Process & Final Inspections

We pride ourselves on our ability to consistently achieve tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. Every stage of our process is an opportunity for quality — from the initial setup to the final inspection.

Our talented machinists have an exceptional eye for the challenges posed by different materials, geometries, and tolerancing schemes. We have many inspection tools and equipment that are all calibrated to meet high standards. This ensures that everything we deliver is accurate.

A few gems from our inspection toolkit include:
  • Brown & Sharpe Global CMM with PC-DMIS software
  • Granite surface plates
  • Digital micrometers, calipers, and precision height gauges
  • Optical comparators (Microvu & OGP)

With this gear, we can confidently check both in-process and final measurements. This ensures that every part we make meets the specifications and is ready to perform.

Production Capabilities

Large Scale Production

Our facility is designed for large-scale production while keeping lead times short. Thanks to barfeed automation and our dedicated multi-shift schedule, we can produce many turned parts without losing accuracy. Whether it’s connectors, bushings, sleeves, or precision shafts, our team is committed to delivering consistent results.

Long Term Production

Clients trust us for long-term production runs because we don’t just build products; we build processes from the ground up. Our setup team builds a strong base for each project. This helps our production team deliver with great precision and care.
